Mrs. Dicus has over 10 years of experience all at LPS.  She taught Special Education for 10 years and is not teaching 2nd grade.  She graduated from Dallas Christian College with a bachelor's degree in business management and later went back and obtained her teaching certification.  She is certified to teacher EC-6th grade and Special Education with certifications in GT and ESL. She andher husband have been married for over 30 years and were blessed with two amazing daughters that are both married.  Outside of school she enjoys spending time with family, crafting and serving in her church. 

Mrs. Riley graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in December 2018 with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education  K-6.  She is certified in Core Subjects K-6, ESL and Gifted and Talented.  This will be her fifth year in education and her third year teaching second grade. She and her husband have been married for two years and have a Corgi named Grizzly.  Outside of school she enjoys spending time with her family, singing, shopping, and serving at church.   

Mrs. Tobkin is a dedicated and enthusiastic second-grade teacher with a genuine love for children. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, along with specialized certifications in Gifted and Talented education and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction.  With years of teaching experience, Mrs. Tobkin creates a warm and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.  Mrs. Tobkin is married with three grown children and one grandchild.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling to Kansas City to see her grandson and cheer on the Chiefs! She loves to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.  Mrs. Tobkin is excited to be part of the Leadership Prep family and is looking forward to a great year!

Ms. Conner is a certified elementary teacher with over a decade of experience in the classroom.  She became ESL certified in December, as well as completing 60 hours of Reading Academies.  She has taught Kindergarten through 3rd grade at both Charter and Public schools in Oklahoma and Texas.  She is dedicated to helping students indentify their strengths with a focus on preparing students to become responsible leaders and engaged citizens.  She has 2 sons Jake and Clayton who own and operate several businesses in Oklahoma. She loves the outdoors and traveling to her favorite place, Red River, New Mexico which has been a family tradition for over 50 years.  She hopes to be apart of the Leadership Prep School Community for years to come.
