Leadership Prep School's main objective with community partners is to bridge the business community and schools. We believe that the value of a partnership is has many benefits such as: 

1. to add real-life application to students’ learning
2. to give businesses the opportunity to help build and shape the future workforce
3. to provide resources to students
4. to support educators

There are many different ways you and/or your business can partner with Leadership Prep:

• Engage with students by sharing your expertise
• Serve on a district or campus committee
• Mentor students through various career and college-ready programs
• Serve as a volunteer or judge for campus and district-wide programs and events
• Provide in-kind donations (gently used/new student clothing, individually packaged snacks (no nuts), school supplies, haircut gift certificates, etc.
• Support classroom teachers and school staff 

A partnership can look different for each business or business professional in regards to time commitment and area of engagement. You may volunteer as an individual or as a team from your workplace. However you would like to make an impact is up to you.
