    Career Readiness Program

    The career readiness program encourages students to explore career interests while applying their leadership skills and knowledge to real-world situations. Students in grades 8-12 complete requirements that enhance the curriculum in the classroom and give them the opportunity to explore careers for post-secondary life. LPS Students will connect with the local community and showcase their leadership skills through mentoring, job shadowing, internships, and practicums. 

    We are looking for community partners to help us with

    Employee Wellness Event

    As we all know educators are overworked and underpaid. Leadership Prep began providing a day of pampering and focusing on sharpening the saw with whole body wellness in mind. We offer staff an opportunity to talk to vendors, attend seminars on wellness, and even offer space for them to get chair massages if they want. 

    We are looking for community partners to:

    • Provide donations (gift cards, gift baskets, etc) for raffles
    • Provide demonstrations of their products
    • Provide seminars on wellness to staff
    • Sponsor the event (provide funds for bags and donations of at least $2000)
    • Provide breakfast for the staff
    • Provide waters for the staff
    • Provide lunch for the staff
