Allison Climer is beginning her third year teaching 4th grade Math and Science in Texas. She is passionate about helping students build confidence in their problem-solving and critical thinking skills. She brings energy and creativity into her classroom every day.
She graduated from the University of Texas in 2020 with her degree in economics. Though her academic background is in economics, her heart has always been in education. She loves making real-world connections between math, science, and everyday life. Outside of school, Mrs. Climer enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and caring for her three cats.
She is looking forward to a fun and successful school year and is excited to partner with families to help every student thrive.Sarah Johnson is thrilled to be part of your child’s educational journey. With 3 years of experience teaching middle school English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR), she is certified to teach ELAR for grades 4–8 and holds a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from North Central University. Her classroom is a place where creativity, curiosity, and confidence are nurtured. Ms. Johnson is committed to building strong relationships with students and families, and she looks forward to partnering with you to support your child’s success.
Corrie Lofland is excited to begin her first year at Leadership Prep and is entering her 20th year in education. Recognized as a TIA Exemplary Teacher, Corrie has spent the majority of her career focused on teaching upper elementary math. She is passionate about creating a classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and heard—and where you’ll almost always hear laughter. She believes that strong relationships are the foundation of learning and works hard to make every student feel connected and cared for. Corrie is the oldest of four siblings and has three younger brothers. She’s also a proud aunt to two nephews and a niece who are her whole heart. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, interior design, DIY projects, traveling, and watching movies.
Brooke Deane graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin with a degree in Humanities, emphasizing classic literature and American history. This is now her third year as a classroom teacher and first year in the fourth grade. With a philosophy centered around personal lifelong growth, she blends maturity and proven experience with high expectations and strong student support. Married for eight years and mother to a son who also attends LPS, Brooke’s family life reflects her love of learning; together they create music, bake, and read aloud at bedtime—sharing energy, warmth, and creativity at home, just as she does in the classroom.
